Hi. My name is Chris. I find pleasure in a lot of little things. Traveling, reading, writing, walking in Villa Pamphilli with my wife and dog, eating, and, of course, gaming. I like to flatter myself and describe my personality as a less-cynical Anthony Bourdain, but I’m slowly getting to his levels!

Other than writing, I’m still figuring out what I’m most passionate about that pays the bills. Am I destined to be in this search forever? What exactly am I searching for? People throw around words like “meaning” and “fulfillment.” But maybe it’s simpler than that. Maybe it’s just happiness.

This blog is designed to feature my journey to whatever the undefined search for the somethingness that I’m looking for. Figuring out “what I want to do with the rest of my life” probably for the rest of my life.

Every once and a while it will feature my very biased and opinionated thoughts about current events. My personal ramblings, connections, inconsistencies, and so on. Hopefully they don’t anger anyone too much. But I’m sure they will.
